Heather Hersh, LMT
Heather Hersh has been a licensed massage therapist since 1996 and she is delighted to be practicing massage back in her hometown of Chatham. She specializes in Deep Tissue as well as Swedish massage. All of her work is informed by the continuing education she has received in Shiatsu, Energy Work and Myofascial Release.
Heather has spent over 20 years working with elders and those suffering from chronic illness. Her education and training includes:
- Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, Massachusetts, 1996
- St. Johns College in Santa Fe, New Mexico with a BA in Philosophy and a minor in Theology, 1994
- Naropa University in Boulder, CO with an MA in Contemplative Psychology focusing in the fields of gerontology and end of life care, 2006
